Γεννήθηκε το 1983 στην Αθήνα, τελείωσε την Σχολή Αξιωματικών Νοσηλευτικής το 2004, είναι κάτοχος 2 μεταπτυχιακών διπλωμάτων στην Εντατική Φροντίδα στην Νοσηλευτική (ΕΚΠΑ) και εργάζεται στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών.
Ασχολείται ερασιτεχνικά με την Χαρακτική από το 2018 με την ομάδα του δήμου Γαλατσίου υπό την επίβλεψη της ζωγράφου-χαράκτριας Ελισσάβετ Διονυσόπουλου.
Είναι μέλος της ομάδας Art in a box από το 2020 και συμμετείχε στην έκθεση Art in a box στη γκαλερί Εος τον Νοεμβρη 2022 με το έργο Αρχέτυπο.
